Music Selections

Music is very important to Fiancé and I, so we have spent a lot of time coming up with all of our song choices.  So far this is what we have chosen:

Music while people are being seated -

Hallelujah - Vitamin String Quartet (originally by Leonard Cohen/Jeff Buckley)
Hey There Delilah - Vitamin String Quartet (originally by Plain White T's)
Soulmate - Vitamin String Quartet (originally by Natasha Bedingfield)
Heroes - Vitamin String Quartet (originally by David Bowie)
Nothing Else Matters - Apocalyptica (originally by Metallica)
Somebody's Getting Married - The Muppets (from Muppets Take Manhattan) **This one is still being "discussed"

Mothers being seated - Wedding Party Processional -

Suite from Inner Light (Star Trek the Next Generation) - composed by Jay Chattaway

Bridal Processional -

Flightless Bird, American Mouth - Vitamin String Quartet (originally by Iron & Wine)

Recessional -

I'm Yours - Jason Mraz
All You Need is Love - Vienna Boys Choir (originally by The Beatles)

Reception-

Our Entrance -

Tonight Tonight -  The Smashing Pumkins

First Dance -

Because You Love Me - JoDee Messina

Father/Daughter Dance -

Child of Mine - Carole King

Mother/Son Dance -

The Man You've Become** Cheesy wedding song, we found it on youtube and apparently it's by some company who makes wedding music - but the sentiment is sweet and it will make FMIL cry - so it will do it's job :D

We aren't doing a bouquet toss or a garter toss so we don't need music for that - and neither one of us really cares about background music when we cut the cake.
