My engagement ring was my grandmothers.  She passed a few years back and one of the items that was left to me was this ring.  I love this ring, not only for it's sheer beauty but because what it represents - a true marriage built on trust, commitment and love.  My grandparents loved each other until they died, they were kind to one another, they respected one another - they showed me that true love does exist.  A ring is only stone and metal unless their is a belief behind it - there is a strong belief behind this ring.
